The Strongsville location will not return my phone calls after leaving several voicemail messages and after also speaking to a human and leaving a message. They seem too busy to help those not standing directly in front of them. I suggest calling Brunswick, Medina, or any other location other than Strongsville.
EXORBITENT / ASTRONOMICAL Charges. Beware of their scams. This facility has great doctors and reasonable consultation fee and thats where good news will stop. I strongly advice everyone not to fall trap with any additional services like taking an Injection etc. Any Injection you take from ortho will cost you at the least 2500~3000. I reached out billing dept and they give you a lecture saying its national average accepted by govt limits and some extra bs. Stay away if its not emergency.
We normally come here for appointments and have had zero issues and everyone is friendly. Well not the staff or the registration on the second floor where ophthalmology is. Registration was very rude and unkind, they sit there behind the desk like you’re a nuisance to them with a scowl on their face. The ophthalmic technician we saw today before we saw the doctor was very unprofessional and doesn’t know how to interact with children. Highly don’t recommend bringing your child here for an eye exam.
I have been going to the clinic most of my life and customer service has been something to brag about! Suddenly, I go to the Strongsville location and customer service is the worst!! What happened to kindness or a simple smile!?!? When people are not well, they could probably use a little tlc I think training in patient care etiquette is a must!!
Brunswick location Went in today to express clinic today and was greeting by a very rude employee to the left after the metal director. I checked in, and she had to use 3 of my credit cards because something wasn’t working. I was frustrated and said I don’t like the first thing they want is money, which i have every right to say, because it’s true. She was completely rude, yelling across the lobby while patients were in there, telling me I’m unprofessional and it’s my responsibility to pay. I stop engaging and she kept making comments toward me while I was on the phone. She is the one with black hair, horrible attitude, and unprofessional. How many frustrated people to Cleveland vining see every day, and all she wanted to do is escalate it. Rbf at the finest. Good one kiddo.
