This place is dangerous and has policies and procedures which can cause serious health problems or more. If you have an option to go somewhere else, I suggest you do.
My CPAP machine broke. I needed NS Pulmonary to send a repair/replace order to the medical supplier. $197 for a 2 minute phone call and a Fax, which I had to call 3 days in a row to get them to send.
I see my cardiologist and pulmonologist at this location. I love it her. They have this fish tank my 3yo loves to look at. The staff are always so kind.
My grandmother visit their office and was given a 3 month appointment when she needed more attention, the next day after her visit here my grandmother was hospitalized with pneomonia so disappointed that they didn't catch her lungs where not to good . Now they call for appointment reminder when my grandmother didn't made it out of that pneomonia. Wouldn't recommend this place.
