Doctor was extremely dismissive. Went there for memory and balance issues starting from a couple years ago. Actually forgot what I was talking about right in front of this guy Trivedi and I asked him to remind me what we were discussing and he completely dismissed me and started talking to my wife instead. Blamed everything on cannabis use even though the studies he stated requires usage far beyond mine. Stay away from him he is paid to deny treatment. Only credentials posted was a thank you note from a retirement home. Not a true doctor.
I called and spoke to someone this morning. She was super friendly and very helpful. Update: The lady I spoke to at the actual doctors office was the person who was helpful. I believe the bad reviews are referring to the people at Riverside Referrals. They actually set up first time appointments. The girl I spoke to came across as if I was an inconvenience to her, and she is the one that called me. She seriously needs to aquire some people skills.
Doctor did not care about me and would not talk with me and when he did it was not the truth. The nurse was very good and was very caring. If the doctor ever orders my CPAP machine I never want to go to Riverside Gloucester again!!!
I've been banned from this Neurology Office for having a Seizure. When I have a Seizure, it hits my Bipolar 1 and I become a little 10year A**hole. It's hard to believe but they couldn't handle it, so they Banned me for having a Seizure. Go to Bon Secours instead. These Neurologist and Nurses are weak and uncaring!
The practice is professional and very helpful but the staff answering the phones are rude and unprofessional. To the point that it makes it undesirable to go through them just to see a doctor. They need to be trained in phone etiquette. Tricia is one person that seems to be in a bad mood every time she is on the phone. Curt , short making a person feel like they are asking her for money when they are simply making an appointment. I would seek help elsewhere until their staff is trained.
