Seems like a good place for express care. We did register online ahead of time and waited about 1 hour. They were polite and friendly.
One of the best places to have your labs done. Always fast check in and very friendly. Most important is their phlebotomist take your blood work with no problems.
I'm thankful to live in a country where healthcare is readily available, that said, waiting over 3 hours to have something very simple looked at is unacceptable. Get your staffing corrected or get your people motivated/trained to become more efficient.
Have a question? Don’t bother. You go straight to voicemail after hearing the hours of operation. Called at 10,11 and 12 on a Thursday no luck. Questions unanswered. The Cleveland clinic has gone downhill so fast. Getting simple labs done is now a pain.
Went up to see my grandpa, they helped us find his room number and the floor! They was very helpful, it was generally clean and not busy.
