I have been on the phone continuously for one hour and 34 minutes listening to a message, which states I should stay on the line for a sleep study representative to pick up. Needles to say that never has happened. I need to talk to someone!!!!!!!!!!
Staff has a horrible attitude. They were talking all night during my study outside my room and it kept me awake. Then the next day during my day study they said they’d cancel my study if I doze off. Knowing that I wasn’t gonna be able to keep myself awake all day because they kept me up all night, I decided to not do the study and then they tried to say then my night time one might not count and insurance won’t pay for it because they made it a “2-night” study and I only did 1. They took off all the wires which irritated my skin and bruised my scalp, and then they wanted to put new ones on. Lady was rude, had no empathy and needs to lose her job.
I’ve not had my appointment here yet but I’m scheduled. I had a bi pap titration followed by an mslt and chose mercy for logistical reasons. It was so bad. They didn’t even do the test ordered. I have no idea what they thought they were up to but that’s a review on them- the purpose of this is to ask anyone that has experience witg this facility, Monroeville, is 1) was the room comfortable? Was it noisy? What is the bed like? What is the room like? And 2) Any smokers? Do they let you have a cigarette break? Lol
UPDATE 9/15 because of the incompetence of the technician that is supposed to read and decipher my results, I still don't have my CPAP machine. The sleep study itself was just fine. My reason for the 1 star is because it's been 3 weeks and I still don't have my results.
Technician was knowledgeable. But i had a test done on APRIL 29TH, I SEEMED TO HAVE SLIPPED THROUGH THE CRACKS AND I AM GETTING NO AIR WHEN I SLEEP !!!! I HAVE OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA AND NO MACHINE TO DATE 😠😨😢
