St.John Hospital

Was scheduled for tests at the radiology department. The woman at the window was so rude I couldn’t believe it. She grew very impatient with me. I was simply trying to check in. The actual technicians were very helpful and pleasant.

I’ve had firsthand experience at St. John, and while no hospital visit is ever “fun,” this place earns respect. The ER team moves fast when it matters, and the nurses—especially Colleen and the triage crew—are compassionate, sharp, and genuinely invested in patient care Birdeye. You’re not just a chart here.

My wife had to go to the ER because of a bad rush in her legs. She was in emense pain. We waited more than 5 hours just to get back to see a doctor. The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. If you can help it never go to this hospital.

As someone who doesn’t go to the hospital EVER. I didn’t know what to expect, I felt horrible, and hopeless like nothing would take the pain away. Noelle was my nurse and she was fantastic but there was also at least 7-10 other people who came and checked in on me trying to understand what was wrong. Although they weren’t able to tell me exactly what was wrong, they ruled out everything that could be life threatening as well as got me an appointment the next morning with a specialist. I really couldn’t be more grateful today, they were great.

I delivered a baby here in May. The Labor and Delivery care team were amazing. All of the nurses were angels, especially the ones who went above and beyond to work with us all day to help ensure our baby was eating and gaining weight.
