Tired of the people here who are incapable of doing their job. My mother had testing done and we never heard back from them, not a single doctor got any report for anyone else to tell us. Staff is so rude and snarky.

This place is an absolute joke. My husband has obviously sleep apnea, we’ve already known this, it’s been previously diagnosed, and they tried telling us that he doesn’t. Then they sent us 20 different bills. Ones we’ve already paid on, ones that were incorrect and ones that they adjusted off once we asked details about what they were. They will try to bill you for anything and everything but once you ask what it is, they either adjust it off or can’t tell you. Extremely sketchy. After receiving the same bill four times we called asking why we were getting billed the same exact amount again. They told us it was invalid, and that we had already paid it. But guess what we get in the mail today. A collections letter, letting us know this place sent us to collections on that same amount they had just told us we already paid off and that we have record of paying off. I already didn’t trust big corporate hospitals like this and this is why. I do not recommend going to any UT health facility, especially this one. Unless you wanna be screwed over with countless bills and get careless treatment, don’t go here.

How do you rate no service. My study was done four weeks ago. NO calls with the results. Now a salesman with the CPAP company has called with an "order". What if I wanted a different option. No one from the Center has ever called. I feel all the have done is checked the box and automatically are ordering the machine. As U said, I would prefer another option. And the answering service can't take messages.... just call back tomorrow.

I went for my first ever sleep study last night 12/06/2021 from 8pm til 6am i havent gotten anymore than 3hrs sleep per night for over 4yrs. I would go to restroom every hour and have shortness of breath for past months. I was very nervous when I went there not knowing what to expect or what the outcome would be . Let me tell you, from the minute I walked through the door, April, my technician, with a big smile, greeted me like family and my nerves started deteriorating . She lead me right to my room, brought me juice and left while I filled out paperwork. Later April and Amanda came in to hook me up for monitoring. They both started talking to me about family, explaining what they were doing and now i had no worries. I wound up wearing CPAP machine but when i woke up this morning I felt better than I had in years. Wish I could give them more than five stars. Thanks ladies for everything.
