I have never had a bad experience with this clinic and the one in Marble Falls . I have been going to them since 2014. Very knowledgeable doctors,& Nurse practitioners. I also have a my chart. So anytime I have a question I can message my doctor.

My three experiences with this clinic have all been insulting, inconvenient and anger provoking. Don't bother calling or going there! I just moved to the area and thought how convenient it would be to establish myself with a doctor right down the road, so I stopped in to check it out. I was ignored for 15 minutes while the office woman gossiped with a patient. When she finally turned her attention to me, she acted put out and turned me over to someone else, who gave me a couple of business cards for "doctors". They have no medical MD's who accept new patients. My second contact was by phone, where I was absolutely lied to by the office attendant. I wanted a woman DOCTOR. She set me up with D.O., and when I questioned her about the experience of the doctor, she acted like she couldn't find the info about how long she had been practicing. When I asked her if she just got out of medical school, she "Oh no, she's been her for quite some time". In fact, this is the first year she's been out of her residency! Here's the final blow. I walked in to the clinic exactly 2 minutes after my appt time, went to the desk, where the woman asked me to wait a minute. While I stood there for 5 minutes, I got out my insurance card and ID. When she finally stopped working on her computer, she looked at the clock, which put me at 7 minutes past my appt time and said she'd have to call the back to see if they could STILL SEE ME! THEY COULDN'T was the answer. I'd have to reschedule. There was no respect for my time and I will never reschedule, especially to visit a novice D.O., who's web page picture looks like a dating site photo. In addition, I also cancelled my boyfriend's appointment, so the kid will have to take a little longer to build up her clientele. I've never been treated so poorly at a "doctor's office" in my life. I hope the medical providers look at these reviews, because they're losing potential patients due to these disgusting women in the front office. I'll go elsewhere to be treated with respect and professionalism.

I WENT TO THE CLINIC TO OBTAIN AN APT TO SEE DR CRANE, MY DOCTOR. MY WIFE WENT INSIDE SINCE I WAS SICK AND COUGHING. RECEPTIONIST REFUSED TO GIVE ME AN APPT BECAUSE I HAD A COUGH. MY WIFE EXPLAINED I AM A PHYSICIAN AND FOR YEARS I HAVE HAD BRONCHITIS (WHICH WENT INTO PNEUMONIA LAST YEAR), WHICH THEY HAVE TREATED ME FOR IN THE PAST. SHE SAID I HAD TO GO TO URGENT CARE, BECAUSE I WAS SICK, SPECIFICALLY WITH A COUGH..SHE MENTIONED DR CRANE'S 11:30 APP DID NOT SHOW, BUT IT WAS ALREADY 11:40, SO TOO LATE TO ADD ME. THE LEAST SHE COULD HAVE DONE WAS TO SPEAK WITH DR CRANE. IF THE DOCTORS ARE NOT GOING TO TREAT SICK PEOPLE, PERHAPS THEY SHOULD GET OUT OF THE MEDICAL BUSINESS ALTOGETHER AND RECEPTIONISTS SHOULD NOT BE THE LAST WORD.
