Review is based on countless visits to Twinsburg ED over the past 10 years with my mom, my mother in law, my sister, my nephew, and my grandson. We have ALWAYS been treated with kindness and respect. My mom is medically complex; a hot mess on paper but fantastic in person! The care she has received has been outstanding. The most recent in June. The ED treated her to remove fluid to make her more comfortable. It definitely helped! She still had to be transported but it helped her. Cleveland Clinic is the reason we still have my mom at 87! I’m grateful every day.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team who took care of me during my colonoscopy procedure. From Dc Qazi Dc Richardson and anesthesiologists Dc Greg to the nurses( Erin , Kara,Michelle, Galie S.) everyone was truly professional, attentive, and kind. I felt safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the process. It is a wonderful team of dedicated specialists, and I deeply appreciate their expertise and compassion. Thank you for making this experience as smooth and reassuring as possible.

So I walk up to admissions in the ER in severe pain (i know i should have just called EMS). Anyway, i'm standing there by the glass slit giving my info and doing admin stuff with them trying to breathe hoping to get admitted quickly - no, of course it has to be a slow process, they're not in a rush. Here are my license and insurance card - no you have to punch your info using the keypad... But you know what, when the uber eats guy came by and they opened the staff only door into admissions and i was waiting for them to check that they got the food that they ordered, i almost forgot about my pain due to the disbelief that people can be so 'nonchalant.' I guess these 5 minutes were nothing, just a drop in the bucket, because i spent the next 3.5 hours waiting to be seen only to be interrogated by both the physician and nurse on how i got myself into such a painful predicament and only got help with the pain another ~2 hours later. So yeah, a great place to get help. Oh and i loved how they kept saying that i'm one of the next in line, well of course, we're all one of the next in line because we're all in line.
