Huge shoutout to Varsha Shankar at Comprehensive Sleep Care Center in Manassas! She was kind, patient, and exactly the person you want helping you through an already anxious process. Doing a back-to-back nighttime and daytime sleep study can be nerve-wracking. You start wondering, “Do I sleep all day? Is this a weird dream vacation where someone watches me nap?” 😅 Varsha completely understood that anxiety and took the time to walk me through everything step by step. She double-checked my Sunday and Monday studies, corrected the instructions right away, and even offered to go through both emails with me so nothing felt confusing. What really made her stand out was her tone. You could genuinely hear that she wanted to be there and wanted to help. After some less-than-stellar confirmation calls, her calm, reassuring presence felt like someone holding your hand and saying, “You’re good, we’ve got this.” She turned a nail-biting situation into a much calmer experience. This office is very lucky to have Varsha. I’d honestly come back just because of her. 😊

I expected more in many ways. I visit the place with my 10yo boy for a sleep study. The place was a mesa, it doesn’t look like it was said on the emails the clinic sent to me. It doesn’t look like a lab or a sleep study center. There was no one except the maintenance guy when we arrived. The technician just explained all the procedure, he was cordial but it looks like he doesn’t want to be there. The confy recliner that they promisse for the parents was just a chair, not a recliner, and I needed another chair to help me. He was patient with my boy, answered all my question, but I felt unconfortable. Next day, in the morning, there was a keuring coffe maker, but no pods avaliable. I didn’t like the experience, neither my son.
