My experience. Ok at best. Parking - $. Visitors - plenty late, not so much busy hours. Too many rules- couldn't go in the room we had for my daughter- only 2 (mom & baby daddy). Can't switch - WHICH 2...So, me & grandma stuck out in the lobby- waiting room . Where they have the air on 65 - IT WAS FREEZING. Asked for a blanket- none. Just not very good service. The late shift - nurse at the desk was a better person than the attitude & ruler who worked after 12pm. SMDH
Amazing experience ❤️ Had my top surgery with Dr. Kaufman- he and every other healthcare professional I interacted with were absolutely lovely. I felt well cared for, respected, and seen.
This hospital has been through some upgrades and is still improving. Visually, this is a modern architectural design that brings a clean silk look to that area. The nurses and Doctors here are outstanding ! My loved one needed aggressive surgery last night. The Doctor was very informative, and helped my stress level by talking calmly. The nurses are very caring and attentive. She stayed overnight and I came within the visiting hours window to see her. She said groggy, "I remember how nice and kind they were to me the whole time". I only wish the cafeteria was great as the entire Orthopedic staff we encountered these few days. Parking was easy and well labeled. Very clean Hospital and I will highly recommend this Main campus for your needs. We have been to the other Hospital before, "we won't name" And the care is very different on all levels.
