Dr Crowe has helped me TREMENDOUSLY! I have narcolepsy and I spent almost my entire life exhausted and constantly sleeping. He was the only one that took my problems seriously. He took his time with me and explained everything. He is very very nice. The staff is amazing. They are very helpful and nice. They help me with anything I need as far as medication refills and scheduling. I wouldn't go anywhere else! Give him a chance, you'll be very happy that you did.
I really like Dr. Crowe, but did not like how their front desk made me feel. I brought my husband to my appt (we complied with all masking, vaccination, social distancing protocols) for another set of ears for my appt regarding my Cognitive Disorder the office treats. I was told “we don’t usually like that, but he’s here” when we showed up for my appt. I shouldn’t feel guilty, need to explain or apologize for bringing my spouse to an appt. especially when they are aware of my condition.
Dr. Crowe is very kind and helpful. Sorry I have to give a lousy review because his receptionist is not only dishonest, but just plain nasty mean. She took it upon herself to fill out my sleep score sheet and hand it to the doctor, leading the Dr to believe all my symptoms had improved and I'm magically all better now. I have absolutely no idea why she would do that, but when I asked her about it she treated me like I was stupid and basically like I wasn't worth her time asking the questions she's supposed to. So, I absolutely would recommend Dr. Crowe, BUT only for those able to pay very close attention and speak up when something doesn't seem right!
Most amazing and caring doctor I've ever had. The entire staff is extremely friendly and unbelievably helpful. I've had multiple sleep doctors and not ONE made me feel this understood. I am feeling more awake than I have in years thanks to dr.crowe. :)
Had a pleasant experience with the staff of technicians and with Dr. Crowe, yet it has been about 6 weeks now since we started this process and I still have no Machine. I have severe Apnea 88 events an hour I was told so they would put a rush on it. Everytime I call Thefemalle at the phones seems put off. A friend of mines wife went to a dr. on Tibbets Wick Rd. 4 days from appointment to Study to Machine.
