Everything has went DOWNHILL since 2015. I made appointments months in advance that I had to be moved up waiting lists for just to be cancelled day of. Never giving you all the time of day AGAIN!
Love Dr. Cobb! She's very patient and I feel is a doctor who listens and truly cares. The lab also does an excellent job. As someone who is prone to passing out with bloodwork, this has never happened to me here. Erica has done my labs several times as well as others and they are fantastic!
Always get excellent care - that is the good point. But - went in for a yearly physical, insurance denied and I was on hook for $1200 which is insane!!! I also decided to finally get a shingles vaccine at the appointment - each of the 2 injections were $1000 each (with insurance). So basically my Christmas gift was a $3200 bill which in responsible for. This health care system HAS TO CHANGE and instead of Cleveland Clinic leading to a more transparent and reasonable system - they are litteraly stealing from its patients. Time to find new hospital / clinic for me!!!
What’s the point in using my chart? Unless you’re a doctor you won’t understand the test results; therefore it doesn’t make sense because all you are doing is upsetting me. I can’t even get an appointment with my doctor, I always end up with someone I don’t like. Your organization is getting too big, it doesn’t seem that you care about your patients at all. You have to wait days before the doctor responds in my chart. I miss the old the old days when the doctor would call and explain your test results.
