Ms. McNeil was very helpful and provided excellent service. What started as a bad experience with my hardware turned into one of the best customer service interaction of my year. Wow. Ms. McNeil and your front desk staff member are what I wish I could encounter at other companies I do business with throughout the year. What a pleasure encountering such wonderful staff members who do their job so well.
Keaira is wonderful to work with. She seemed to know exactly what I needed. She explained how to use the CPAC machine and hose and answered all my questions patiently. I thoroughly enjoyed meeting Keaira McNeil, who explained very clearly how to utilize the equipment provided at the end of my sleep assessment. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. She made the whole experience worthwhile!
I had a positive experience at CSCC. It was my first time there and was given quality care from the time I stepped through their doors. The attendant was courteous and gave an understandable explanation of what was to happen. I appreciated his attentiveness during the process and overall respect for my nervousness. The comfort of the bedroom with cable TV and good ac was very nice. The results of test were quickly diagnosed and provided to my health care provider. I was well taken care of.
Scheduling initially was very easy. Though the doctor was 20 minutes late to a virtual appointment, he was kind and knowledgeable. That’s about the end of the positive experience. He determined I needed a sleep study, which was already scheduled. 1 day before the study (which was scheduled almost 2 months in advance) the team informs me my insurance will not cover the study and cancels my appointment. I was informed they would attempt to get an at home study approved, which it was, and then the struggle I had with the scheduling woman is almost laughable. They are unable to accommodate anyone who works a 9-5 job as the items can only be picked up within business hours which is impossible when you work the same schedule. Throughout the conversation I attempted to offer many suggestions and solutions to grab the items, while informing the employee of my schedule, all of which she shot down and then she quickly caught an attitude. Once I informed her that I no longer would want this study and for them to cancel the appointments and no longer reach out to me, she somehow increased her horrible attitude. I requested to not be called in the future or at all regarding this situation and was in fact called no less than 5 different times regarding the SAME situation. The long story short of this is it is infuriating to work with this company and they have no ability to adapt or problem solve.
