I received the best care from Kathy/Kathleen Ondak - She was so caring, knowledgeable, and made the journey of recovery feel so much better. I can’t thank her enough for the progress and motivation and just being an amazing person overall. If you have the chance to work with her, highly recommend - 10/10!

I received horrible experience from Dr.Yelena office. I went 15 min before my scheduled appointment time. I was not properly greeted a Russian/bulgarian accent woman was assisting to tell me that I was cancelled did not offer an alternative date did not give a logical reason as to why. I was inconvenienced I drove 45 min to that facility and the lack of compassion I received is pitiful. I am sick of being judge or treated less than based on the color of my skin.

I would NEVER suggest an appointment with Dr.Ozar… he was very rude, judgmental, and disrespectful and I never plan on stepping foot in another University Hospital because I can’t believe this was one of their doctors. NEVER AGAIN! People have no idea what’s going on in other people’s lives to judge others and just because he’s an elder does NOT give him the right.

I had a great experience getting help with inflammation in my left hip. This would not have happened if not for the. I athletic trainer named Seth who works with Dr.Flannery. He went out of his way to call me to discuss what could be done to get me in to see Dr. Flannery as soon as possible.

What a wonderful office. This is my first time having to endure physical therapy and I am so thankful that it is here. My therapist is Rosie H. She is wonderful at her job. Compassionate to your injury, and encourages you mentally to be able to physically endure the treatments. I feel as though I am in good hands. I actually look forward to my appointments.
