I had the pleasure of receiving care from the primary care office (suite 110), the lab, and cardiac center. Dr. Naseer was able to help me with all of my needs and concerns. He was thorough, made sure I understood my medications, and addressed medical concerns empathetically and intelligently. He went above and beyond. Everyone I encountered was extremely kind and seemed to enjoy and love their job. I would highly recommend this office for all primary care needs.

Absolute worst experience here. Appointment at 815, been at 915. The women at the front could not care less. The lady who saw us was not prepared, did not know necessarily why we were there. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Clean , spacious and staff look happy to be at work. And the plug under the seat in the waiting room is a definite plus

Very nice Medical Pavillion that is easy to get around. The grounds are beautiful and clean and I had a good experience while having my medical appointment.

When a family member was in here for COVID-19 the doctor yelled at her, denied she had anything wrong with her, including diagnoses like diabetes that had been treated for years, even denying the COVID infection she was suffering from. All so that they could discharge her, because University Hospitals has a policy of discharging patients admitted on Fridays to leave that Monday. They did it to her again after ventral hernia surgery, harassing me with repeated phone-calls for her to my personal cell phone despite being told to call her phone. When I called to let them know I was there to pick her up, they made me wait an hour, idling, and didn't bother seeing if she had to use the toilet. So having barely gone a block, I had to immediately find a handicap accessible bathroom. The food here is by Sodexho, who are known for offering terrible food. This included a sugared muffin to a diabetic among other sugared items, as well as "breakfast potatoes" that are grey. The place is very shallow in its appeal, and nothing like a quality hospital. They run a volume business: get `em in & get `em out fast! Even if you're coughing up yellow phlegm & sneezing blood, barely able to walk or move, it's check out time! Dump `em in an Uber or a shuttlebus & send them off with a pasted-on smile. Who cares if they wind up in the ER a day or two later. That's the ER's problem.
