Made an appointment 5 months ago for today. They call me 3 hours before my appointment to tell me it's been too long since I last saw the doctor and they aren't accepting new patients... So they have to cancel it. After I already took the day off from work. You couldn't have told me that when I scheduled it??? US healthcare is officially effed.
It was my son's appointment.I went with him.Everything went smoothly & everyone was courteous.
I went in on a Monday morning for an appointment and took the elevator from the second floor to the third floor. It was filthy. The first elevator I was in had noticeable grime all over the floor, and a dried-on bloodstain. I took a different elevator back down and it was similarly gross - no blood, thankfully, but there was a piece of chewed gum sitting in the corner. Please clean your revolting elevators!
They are always great when I visit. Today they were especially attentive and concerned about my health. They eventually had to call EMS. But while waiting for them to arrive, they checked on my several times, an officer(Robinson) even came by to check on me, he was quite humorous also. The receptionist, the nurse, EKG tech & Doctor were all welcoming. I would definitely recommend. I got my first ambulance ride
