I can't say enough nice things about the Dermatology Department from yesterday; Leah and Lisa are very knowledgeable, patient, and very compassionate about what they do. For gynecologist visits, Dr. Tidmore is also a saint to me. I look forward to more appointments through these practitioners. Nobody other than them seemed to know what they were doing with me & my health. Very excited to get back on track and healthier. It's been miserable, the chronic illness I've been under the last couple of years.
When you can actually get to your doctor the care is great, but getting to them is an act of congress. They will no longer respond to pharmacies requesting meds and when you call even if you're out there is a complete lack of urgency or care. The only thing they seem to be urgent about is making you pay your co-pays and balances. If you ask to see your actual doctor, they will send you to another provider unless you want to wait a month. It's becoming Mcdona'ds esque drive thru care which is dissapointing.
Called to schedule an appointment for my partner. The receptionist who answered spoke with such a rude and condescending tone when I didn’t know the protocol and made me feel stupid for even trying, so I hung up.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about the ladies that work in the lab!! Yesterday I was greeted by the most beautiful, friendly, upbeat woman who got me in and out quickly and was gentle and kind and did my bloodwork in less than 30 seconds! This location has always been the best. I hope they all know how appreciated they are by patients like myself.
Care is fine, but administration is an absolute nightmare. Good luck if your doctor goes on medical leave and you have a controlled substance Rx. They’ll treat you like a drug peddler
