OVERALL: Highly recommend for pain management! PROS: Dr. Behnaz and the nursing staff were truly amazing. I can’t say enough good things about the level of care that I received. Dr Behnaz is a great physician who is professional, knowledgeable, detailed, and compassionate. My pain is under control, so I can’t be more grateful. Most of the office staff were understanding, patient, and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure my concerns were addressed. I am grateful. CONS: Took off 1 star because the office staff communications leaves something to be desired. Trying to get setup for an initial appointment was challenging. and there was a lengthy wait time during the appointment. One of the office staff was very inconsiderate and could use some patient care training.
Always look forward to having an appointment with Dr. Clop. She is very understanding and listens to her patients. I wish there were more people like her in the medical profession. She sets a fine example for others to follow. Five Stars plus.
Dr Fishman is an excellent neurologist. He has been greatly helpful in helping me manage the neurological disorder I have. He also quickly diagnosed a condition of a family member. As such my family member got his condition treated promptly. If not the conditions and treatment would have worsened
Never have I been happier to have missed an appointment (huge slowdown on the highway due to an accident). Thankfully, I was late enough that they had to reschedule my initial consultation. I say “thankfully” because I quickly found out that Integrated Neurology Services’ billing department is entirely incompetent. When I first called to schedule my appointment, I gave them my full insurance member ID and insurance provider name, they supposedly checked my insurance info, and assured me that they accept my insurance. Turns out, they do not. If I had made it to my appointment on time, that SINGLE initial consultation would have cost $350. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr. Fishman's knowledgeable and open personality coupled with his ability to provide clear caring guidance has is exactly what I needed.
