Got my care with Dr Bryant she was ok but her nurse Jennifer wasn’t feeling her at all. She was very short, no empathy, no sympathy, couldn’t answer questions and lacked compassion. She probably shouldn’t be the one to tell people when they are loosing their baby.
The fertility unit was so rude during the morning of my surgery. They ruined what was supposed to be a beautiful experience into an uncomfortable experience. The nursing staff on surgery day had no “bedside manner” whatsoever except one lady who stepped in named Erin.. Good luck with a fertility doctor being supportive to you no matter your circumstances and age group. The prediction my fertility doctor (located in NY) ended up being wrong. I got more eggs than she negatively told me would happen. This Dr Mahr was so rude to me with how she described my situation on a regular basis. I felt uncomfortable speaking to her honestly. Her words were so spirit breaking. These people think they know exactly what your body will produce but they did not in my case.🙏🏼 The office nurses take forever to return your calls as well. The more you call, the more they ignore you. This dept needs major customer service and patient support skills.
My mother had a surgery Monday and the staff is heaven sent!!! We were treated like royalty! Smiling faces, care, concern, reassurance just EVERYTHING!! Janet, Lindsey, Fanning and the AA woman who helped my mother walk to the restroom are tangible angels on earth!! The entire staff from the receptionist Kristen set the tone for the experience we were going to have that day! Just amazing!!! For the life of me, I can't remember the young lady's name that helped Janet get my mother to the restroom. I remember that she is surrounded by a family LEOS! 😂😂❤️. Please tell her and the others that we greatly appreciate them and we thank God for them! It's already nerve wracking being out under in the first place, but they definitely made us feel like it was going to be ok!! To the surgery staff at Beechwood, MAY GOD BLESS YOU AND HEAVEN SMILE UPON YOU! I PRAY THAT BLESSINGS AND PROSPERITY OVERTAKE YOU! CC Beechwood is UNMATCHED!
I've taken friends and family members here for procedures. There is a nice atrium here with natural light and trees, though I wish the fountain was on. The Cleveland Metroparks Acacia reservation is right across the street if you want to go for a walk while you wait.
