This facility is not conducive for a peaceful sleep experience. Walls have no sound insulation, and you can hear everything going on outside your room. The Asian nurse is terrible, rude and unprofessional. She is also very boisterous and could hear word for word everything she was saying to patients in other rooms. Couldn't sleep because of this and her slamming doors and terrible bed side manner. I would recommend somewhere else.
I was referred to this facility by my primary care physician, but unfortunately, it was a mistake as my insurance provider was not part of their network, and Michelle, the referral coordinator, did not inform me of this crucial detail. Furthermore, the office staff treated my wife rudely when she attempted to assist with obtaining authorization. As a result, I will not be scheduling a second sleep study and will not refer anyone to this facility. We have since found an alternative company that provided a seamless experience, explaining the entire process and securing authorization promptly. I highly recommend the Sleep Rite Center.
Last week I had my first sleep study done. The technician Alma was very professional. She explained everything that she was doing while connecting the equipment and how the procedure will progress. Alma's care and respect for her patience is priority. I returned the next week for testing on a CPAP and I requested Alma as the technician for the procedure. Her bedside manners are relaxing and professional. The staff is excellent and the rooms are quite and comfortable.
Came as a guest for my aunt who was having a sleep study done and her technician Alma was great. She was very informative and put my aunt at ease about the entire process. She was great at allowing my aunt the time she needed to get comfortable with the different masks/machine modes. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Just went a couple nights ago. The tech was nice. Other than that it was a terrible experience. It's freezing in there. I wasn't told ahead of time or I would have brought my own blanket. They give you a sheet and a hospital-like blanket. They have hollow doors so I just kept hearing them slam the first 1-2 hours i was there trying to sleep. Also so much loud talking and laughing by employees and other patients. I kept getting woken up from the noise. Carpet would probably help with the noise and the cold. I wouldn't go back.
