I have always had top notch service when I have an appointment. I do have to wait a bit for my scheduled appointment, but receive the same attention to service when in the service room. The attendants go over my reports ask several pertinent questions and provide feedback. Upon leaving the exit attendee assists with my next appointment, schedule any labs, special exams needed quickly.
Great staff! Friendly, professional and handles everything in a timely manner
Never answer the phone!!!! Called 8 times left messages, no return call.for week now, no Cpap , since sleep study test and approval on July 30th, no cpap. No answer, no return call, save yourself trouble and find a different doctor, bad business for messing with people health... they are careless, set machine wrong, had three other doctors and medical supply place.Tell me they are careless, Most unprofessional doctor office I ever been to.......rude staff, stay away, switch doctors got immediate communication and results, not to mention, they share a waiting room with urgent care... So everybody with lung problems and issues are sitting next to flu and covid patients, not very smart just like the office, Stay away
Most unprofessional staff ever came across from Lala. Walked into a ghost 1608 dollar bill, said they had the wrong "Adress" prior and not once in 6 visits ANY cost. I understand insurance didn't cover but NOTHING was said until I was informed it was in for collections and I could call my insurance or billing complete scam incompetence. If you go here expect a large bill after they tell you everything is covered, they had the correct phone number not once reached out... only reason I went I was to inform them I had issue with the cpap to be informed of any of this....
My first appointment went pretty well and I was scheduled for a second "appointment" for yesterday 7/15 and was told to just come in between noon and 4pm to pickup a kit for an at home sleep test to be done. I had to leave work early and I arrived at the office at 3:30 pm to pickup said kit and no one was there, the front office completely dark. I waited for a few minutes, rang the bell hoping someone was in the back office, then asked the Urgent Care receptionist across the way and she advised that they already left. I left a note and voicemail to call me to discuss why they told me to come in before 4pm but then no one stayed until 4pm?? They called me back this morning at 8:30 AM and left voicemail to tell me that they left a message over a week ago to tell me that the kit was sent out for repairs and they cancelled my appointment and would need me to call back to reschedule. I called back and no one answered the phone, left a message for them to call me back on my work phone number and so far there has been no phone call back. I never received any missed calls from their phone number, and there were no messages from anyone from their facility anytime last week telling me that they cancelled and needed me to reschedule this appointment. I received an "ECheck-In" email from mychart to check in for my appointment yesterday to save time in the clinic.... can you explain how you "cancelled" my appointment but it was still showing up in my chart? Highly recommend going to a different place.
