When you call for an appointment ask for Kevin Dcruz. He is so patient, understanding and puts customer service at the top of his priority when speaking with you. I was a bit frustrated with a protocol and after him patiently talking me out of it without guilt or frustration he was very helpful in getting me the appointments I need and explaining why I need them. I also appreciate my experience with Katherine Soto - she’s been great at making sure that the proper procedures are complete to get me the device I need- I am very grateful to have her as my NP.

The sleep rooms are comfortable and clean at a good temperature. The directions and parking were good. I felt safe-ish at night but every sleep study I have ever done feels a little anxious going to an office at night. The equipment has been a gift in my life I am so much healthier for using this machine. They were patient over time as I tried many sizes and masks. I love the over the nose mask.
