Disregard for customer's absolutely zero communication when speaking to them. I continually am late for medication by days due to the lack of approval on their side every time I have to pick up a medication. It takes about 6-8 calls between insurance and Dr Sharmas office before I hear anything otw absolutely horrid! Truly Seems like you're speaking to someone who has never been in a doctors office in their entire life --- 0 out of 10 would never recommend.
