Strangest experience….whoever the doctor was yesterday (12/21/25) in the evening, was awful!!! Can’t believe she’s board certified!

I went in on a Saturday for x-ray July 26, 2025. I was greeted nicely by the receptionist, got seated, and was promptly called in at the exact appointment time I was scheduled for. The lady X-ray technician called me in greeted me nicely and was wonderful throughout the whole process. She even accompanied me back out to the lobby. One of the best experience I have ever had in a hospital for service. Thank you UH Twinsburg staff.

My husband had an appointment today at 4:30 for an ultrasound on is abdomen. I always go back with him to appointments for a second ear. Whoever was the short dark-haired girl who asked for him to go back and refused to let me go back with him was rude as hell. Will not be going back to this facility. Wish I would have read the reviews before going, horrible

Horrible Experience at UH Twinsburg Health Center - I recently had an appointment at the UH Twinsburg Health Center, and my experience was very negatives. I encountered an issue on my appointment day. Due to unexpected traffic, I arrived a bit later than my scheduled time, and my husband had informed the staff of my delay upon his earlier arrival. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I was informed that my heart ECHO procedure could not be accommodated due to the delay, and the receptionist's tone unprofessional. What truly disappointed me was the perceived lack of empathy and professionalism displayed by the staff members. I felt unwelcome and misunderstood, which added stress to an already challenging situation.

I've been here two hours now and still haven't been back. I'm aware my foot being injured isn't "top priority" but that's why I came here and not a emergency room so I wouldn't get bumped back over and over. Yet here I am. This isn't really an urgent care. It's just claims to be but just as slow as an emergency room. None of us coming here are dying so why is others hitting prority over me when I've been here this whole time. I even called in advance asking about online scheduling and was told it was walk in only as first come first serve. They close in 2 hours and I've been here for 2 hours. This is insane and if I would of known. I would of just made the hour drive closer to home and got into my actual doctor. Do not recommend. Just call your Dr.
