Millennium Physicians Group - Sleep Center

Since I’ll be spending most of the day here - it serves a perfect time to write a stellar review. First, and foremost the team here is something truly special. In healthcare, or any career field for that matter; the simple things go a long way. From the casual conversation, to the compassion and kindness this team serves, it truly speaks volumes on this facility. Sleeping in a strange place is never easy, but Olivia did a wonderful job making sure that I was comfortable and cared for. I was later informed in the morning that I would need to stay additional hours durning the day, which at first did not sound appeasing. To my surprise, the day was quite relaxing. Keith relieved Olivia for morning duty, and just as Olivia did - he immediately began tending to things I may have needed. He offered friendly conversation, made me coffee, and brought me lunch as well. Turns out this day felt more like a spa day than a doctors appointment! The world is in a weird place right now, and human decency is nearly non-existent. It’s often you’ll find more people who are willing to complain about others, than praise them. With that being said, I hope this post puts a smile on this facility’s face, and the reviewers that may read it. If I could give this place and the staff a 10-star rating, I certainly would. Thank you to the Millennium sleep crew for making this process painless, and actually quite enjoyable! This is EXACTLY what the face of healthcare should look like. You all are the true epitome of the word “healthcare hero’s.”
