After trying three different machines and five “Studies,” they still can’t seem to find the appropriate prescription that the DME will approve. I have to initiate all the necessary steps for UM to proceed on my behalf. It’s quite frustrating, with a lot of “We thought” and “We believe” statements.

I was at the State Street facility on three occasions. The first two were good experiences...the last one was a nightmare I think Dave was the tech. He did not know how to fit the mask correctly so he kept coming back every few minutes plus he wasn't the friendliest person in the world. The first two experiences we're good, this night really bad. Try to avoid the State Street clinic. Go downtown or to Domino's Farms. If I need to go back I will go to another location. Don't want this tech again.

SO disappointed. Spend so much time traveling here, paying for parking, and the outrageous cost of a vist that left me and my mother crying. Dr. Neeraj Kaplish was extremely rude, short and disrespectful. He turned me down RIGHT away once he saw I had my medical marjuana card, wouldn't even look at me. After me and my mom kept asking questions that he DID NOT answer, my mom begged for something.. so he did a 'psychical exam' which was him looking at me scanning me head to toe and saying "she's fine" "I don't know what else you want from me". will NEVER go back and NEVER send anyone I know here. so much for Michigan top hospital.

Well I have severe central apnea. They wouldn't diagnose it!!! They kept telling me it was obstructive apnea. Central apnea happens when you fall asleep, obstructive happens during mid cycle. Can their machines tell the difference, no!!! I have a rare brain disorder diagnosed by a neurologist. These people are not doctors and are dangerous. You become hypoxic with central apnea. You are morons. I am James Park's ex, he is the CEO of FitBit! You screwed up!!!

Sleep clinic billed me 5 months later for an appointment that rendered NO SERVICE. They told me they don't accept MEdicare. When I called for appointment I asked them if they accept Aetna-MEdicare and billing dept. said YES! So after 5 months, I get a bill from DENTAL SCHOOL without any explanation what this was for (no mention of sleep clinic). I wrote a letter to sleep clinic complaining about their sloppy billing and never got an answer. Meanwhile the Dental school dropped me as patient due to non-payment (it wasn't even their billing!). NEither Lisa nor Cheryl ever returned my numerous calls. This clinic and its billing department gets an E- from me.
