Was waiting for 2 months then was told they weren’t going to help me a veteran. Was using VA community care. I guess they don’t want VA patients. So I’ll never try to go there again.

I had a good experience giving birth to my daughter here. Most nurses were very nice. I thougth the nurse I talked to the first time i called labor and delivery was rude and she told me not to come in and I probably wouldnt have the baby for at least another week and it turns out that I had the baby that very day just a few hours later. I had to call labor and delivery again ant that nurse was nice and she said it would be perfectly fine to come in to get checked. The delivery room has a nice big jetted tub for the Mama. I think it is also very nice that they have a little area to go get drinks and snacks anytime with no extra charge.

Wish the people who take our calls would not be so snappy and rude. I'm a struggling mom trying to get help for my son and the last thing I need is a rude woman answering my call and not being helpful one bit. Stop being snippy and act like you care. Fake it if you have to. Her name is Julie, and because of her I will think twice before making a call to the "quality" (NOT!) call center. I'll either make my own appointments via the portal, or I'll just go elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr Martinez for about a year and a half with my first baby and now he is the OB for my second. I wasn’t sure about having a male OB but i’m so glad we went with Dr. Martinez! He was the best with our delivery and listening to all my concerns before and after delivery. My daughter is now 9 months old and loves going in to her appointments and he has her giggling every time.
