Comprehensive Sleep Care Center - Arlington Facility

I had an excellent customer service experience with Errol Rogers. I called to reschedule my appointment, and the system was moving slowly, so Errol promised to call me back, and he did very shortly. We were able to reschedule the appointment easily. I really appreciate his help and look forward to completing my sleep study.

Had a wonderful phone experience with Errol Rogers. We just relocated into this area and was in need of a new "sleep" doctor. Errol explained the options I had, after I was comfortable that I had selected the correct center, he efficiently set up the three necessary appointments

It was my first sleep study so I didn’t know what to expect arriving to the location at 9pm. The directions on how to enter the building after hours were clear and concise. I entered the building and was greeted by the sleep technicians. They were very nice and professional. My technician ,Yohannas explained everything and was available to answer any questions. The sleep room was clean and comfortable. Extra blankets were available if needed. Overall good experience.

Oral appliance department and receptionist are no good. Not worth the headache. The receptionist literally tried to insult me for having Medicaid (but I have it because I have a disability, not because I’m poor but that shows you the character of this person and the quality of the hire Comprehensive Sleep Care has chosen). The orthodontist has a weird set up in a closet so he can’t look at what he’s doing and ended up injuring my gums—the second time I had to come in. The manager was the only ok one but I think she missed my point about the receptionist’s behavior. I wasn’t upset about the second time I had to come in (coming from 20+ minutes away) until I got a dismissive response from the receptionist regarding me having picked up a third insurance between the time I first came in and when they were getting their stuff together (updating their machine/misplacing scans). You don’t curtly say, “we can’t help you” to someone you rescheduled and allowed to come to you 2x for 1 task for a total of driving 2h, and waiting an entire month. That third insurance wouldn’t have been an issue if they’d done things right the first time so that’s how it falls back on them and I let them know. The audacity to be rude to a client like it isn’t your practice’s fault is mind boggling. I honestly can’t recommend them. I wish I’d went somewhere else. I still don’t have a oral appliance now and I paid and I left a voicemail telling them why I urgently need an appliance for medical reasons. Edit: Heads up, they will schedule your appointment at 1pm but the door will be locked when you go to check in so you might as well wait in your car till 1. They can’t even be bothered to put a chair in the hallway to be courteous to you if you show up 15 minutes before your appointment as is the norm.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ms. K. Burnett for her exceptional customer service at Comprehensive Sleep Care Center in Arlington, VA on Glebe Road. After experiencing a lack of follow-up from the scheduling department regarding an appointment with the doctor, I visited the office in person. Ms. Burnett immediately took initiative to resolve the issue. She was, as always, courteous, professional, and attentive. Thanks to her efforts, my appointment was promptly scheduled and I was able to meet with the doctor. Unfortunately, I encountered a similar issue when trying to schedule a follow-up appointment to pick up my CPAP machine. Once again, Ms. Burnett stepped in and ensured everything was handled efficiently. Not only did she arrange the equipment pickup, but she also proactively scheduled a follow-up visit with the doctor three months in advance to monitor my progress. Ms. Burnett consistently goes above and beyond to support patients, and her dedication to service excellence deserves recognition. Thank you, Ms. Burnett, for your outstanding professionalism and care.
