My tech was super nice and very professional. He was the only thing about this place that was good (hence the 1 Star, which is for him). I had my sleep study last night. First, they charge $200 if you cancel less than 24 hours before your sleep study, which is fine, but what’s not fine is they don’t tell you their payment policy until the night before your study. There’s only two options: you have to pay in full before you go in for the study or pay half before and bring a check or money order with you to the study for the other half and they will cash it two weeks after the study. That’s it! I don’t carry checks and I told Sylvia, the billing lady, I would have to go to the bank and wasn’t given enough notice, so I would have to drop it off the morning after my study, but she said there’s no other option and if I didn’t bring it with me to my study, I would be turned away. So I had no other choice but to pay in full. Some notice would have been nice and greatly appreciated. Fast forward to the study... like I said above, the tech was great! I asked if they had WiFi so I could watch something on my iPad, which they don’t. My phone was going to die (and I didn’t bring my charger because I didn’t think I was going to need it) so I just had to lay there. My room was next to a little boy (3) who had his parents stay with him, but the parents were talking all night and I could hear them plugging in and taking out their phone charger out of the wall, going in and out of the room, coughing, everything. The room was WAY too hot. There was no air circulation because there’s no fan or anything. Finally at 12:30, the tech came in cause he could tell I was having a rough time. He brought me a box fan, which helped drown out the noise and get some air circulation in the room. I finally fell asleep about 1 and woke up at 4:30 (because that’s when they discharge you) and within those 3.5 hours, I woke up countless times. It was awful. It was the worst night of sleep I’ve ever had, was not comfortable, and I feel like it was a huge waste of my time and money because of the bad sleeping conditions, they couldn’t get a true read on how I normally sleep. Very frustrating!

I believe we were dealing with Nicole last night, but am not sure of the name, was the only female working there last night. Our experience was poor customer service and rude demeanor. We had booked an appointment for my father to have a sleep test done, go figure. We arrived for our appointment and no one was available for check in and we searched for awhile before stumbling across said technician. We informed her that our parents did not speak English, but could understand what was told to them. We were informed that there would be a series of questions asked around 5 am that needed to be done. We told the technician that we would come back at 5am to help translate everything. She instead told us that we need not worry and she would leave it blank. So we would pay 700 dollars to not have a complete study to figure out what was going on. That makes plenty of sense. The entire time she was rude and judgmental that our parents did not speak English. She even informed us that we should reschedule and ask for a technician that speaks Spanish. We told her that we could just reschedule until we were able to spend the night with them and help translate anything if needed. She told us it would be a 200 dollar cancellation fee because she was unable to speak any Spanish. This review alone does not convey the level of uncomfortably and lack of respect that we would expect from ANY company. We were left feeling awkward and out of place, when we were just trying to get help for my father and his sleep problems. I am unsure of the lady's name, but she was the only one working the night of 4/4/18 and we were recommended this place by a friend, but I can promise you will not be recommending this place to anyone else. I'm not sure if it is common practice to be outright rude to your patrons that do not speak English, even when we conveyed that we would go out of our way to stay the night or come back to help complete any necessary translations. We will definitely be disputing and fighting any fees charged.
