My husband had laminectomy done by Dr. Heilman. Everyone on the ERMC staff was amazing! Kristine at the check in desk was very friendly and accommodating, asked me if there was anything I needed while my husband was in surgery. Larry was his anesthesiologist and had a great bedside manner. Very comforting, explained how everything was going to go and had a great sense of humor. Erin & Andy was his pre-surgery care team. They were attentive and efficient. After surgery, he was moved to the after care ward and stayed 2 nights. His care team there was Maleah, Paige, Eva, Luann and Bob. I know I am forgetting a few but all were wonderful! Not only did they give my husband the utmost care and attention, they made sure I was comfortable as well, asking me often if there was anything I needed. My husband like to make jokes and pick on people and many of the staff was bantering with him, making his stay entertaining and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend ERMC!
My first time coming here was when my midwife suspected I was pregnant with twins! She called over and they were able to get me an ultrasound within an hour! The ladies performing the ultrasound were great and very thorough. I did not end up being pregnant with twins, but the whole experience was great! They were able to tell me the gender of my baby too! I was 17 weeks along! Highly recommend getting an ultrasound here! The staff did a great job!
Dr. Jones saw my daughter who accidentally scratched her eye with a piece of paper. He was friendly, competent and we were in and out quickly. Can’t recommend the ER enough the staff there are wonderful!
I Live in the Lansing area an I hate going to those er so I drove out here to bring my son to the er we got right into the back. The nurses were amazing an so was the Dr. I haven’t been to a er that cared for there patients an it seems amazing to see there is still nurses an Drs that care. If me or my family need to go to a Er I will definitely make the drive an come here again. Thank you Eaton Rapids emergency department 🫶🏽
This place has quite literally saved my life and I'll never forget. Despite the time you have to wait this is generally and always has been a great place. Until the other day I observed the receptionist Bill. They got a tone when asked the wait time and gave smart ass remarks as answers. Honestly I have no idea how anyone would hire them. I watched them giggling and laughing with doctors and nurses in the back not doing their job, 4 people walked in and then out not knowing what was going on and where receptionist was. Still back there. One group was even trying to find a patient in critical condition and ended up looking at another hospital cause nobody was upfront for more than 20 minutes. To further explain my point, it's perfectly acceptable that we can't be seen yet, we would have understood instructions fine but to yell at people in this state, and make rude remarks with zero customer service is not what anyone is asking for. Does not interact well with kids, just ignores them blatantly when they speak or ask questions, doesn't smile or anything. When they asked what was wrong symptom wise they interrupted the entire time at least thrice to the point we just gave up trying to tell them and wanted to wait for the doctor. I've honestly never seen someone be so out of touch not even in a fast food job it really blew my mind.
