I am so glad that I have a good Dr. at this location. Dr McCallin did give me a epidural injection to my lower back and last for about two months. I’m going back for another one.
If I could leave a 0 I would. Their staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. They act as is scheduling an appointment is a direct interference in their day. Disgusted is an understatement
Dr. Mrs.LeLe is horrible her attitude stinks I went to see her because I was sick my yearly check up she told me they called me to tell me I was pre diabetic but they didn't my sugar was 300 she didn't do nothing but give me pills . I ended up going to Cleveland clinic 2 days later the admitted me and not only I had diabetes but congested heart failure that dr. Elle didn't even checkout. Dnt recommend her at all attitude stinks dnt do it
Save your time. This place is a waste of good real estate in Mentor Ohio. And should not carry the uh name. Completely unhelpful on my visit. Forgot I was there and left me waiting until they were almost closed. Did not have a doctor on duty but had some type of PA who was not able to help with either one of my situations and suggested idiotic over-the-counter medications that I had already tried. Left in just as bad a condition as I showed up. Google it and go somewhere else. If you're not feeling well. If there were zero stars or negative stars available, that's what I would give it.
6/19 Joe the MRI technician was amazing. His interaction with me, made comfortable during the procedure. He's also the best at inserting needle for contrast. Rosa, front desk, RADIOLOGY was so kind, personable, helpful in checking me in & obtaining records that I needed. These two, should be commissioned.
