So tired of the radiology department giving me the wrong information on my appointments. They ask my preferred location. Tell me that the appointment is at the preferred location. Then when I get the reminder it tells me it's at a location I didn't want and always when it's too late to change it. Then the receptionists have been so rude Everytime I call them. They are short an always act like just calling is a major inconvenience to them. Told me my appointment was in Rockton an just found out it's in Beloit. That's a pretty big difference in location.
everyone i have dealt with has been super polite, courteous and professional. the best health care i have had in a long time. keep up the great job
Upon moving to Beloit, I was skeptical of using the what I thought was going to be a corporate run facility... but I have been nothing but impressed with my time within the Beloit Health System. Everyone has been helpful and considerate with every visit I've had.
My doctor would never give my my anxiety meds only because I took a medication she didn't know enough about! And it was safe to take together! It was an excuse to not have to deal with giving me a medication that required her to get approval from a real doctor. She was only a PA but a lazy one! Madalyn Hammon. She wouldn't even keep prescribing me gabapentin for my RA and nerve damage. She would only prescribe crap that didn't require her to get it signed off on. She was always rude! And treated me like a child! I should have turned her into the board several times. I. No longer see her. I suffered so many days from my severe anxiety and PTSD she could have cared less! I'm not trying to see 3 different doctors for 3 medications! And that's what I have to do in order to get them. It's rediculous! What the heck if family medicine for' they wana source you out for everything! I would not go here if I could help it! I'm switching insurance so I can get the proper care and not see 3 doctors for 3 lousy meds none of which are pain meds. God forbid you ask for that from any doctor! You have to suffer which is barbaric
Avoid at all costs. I had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for a routine eye exam that should have been covered by my vision insurance. However, not one person informed me that this hospital does not accept vision insurance. Not when I booked my appointment and not when I checked in for my appointment. Had I known this information I would have gone elsewhere to a location that took vision insurance. I received a bill and was confused as I knew this should have been taken care of by my vision insurance. I was only informed afterwards when talking to the billing department that they don’t take vision insurance. They did reduce my bill a little bit but I still had to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for something that was a result of gross negligence and not my fault, maybe it’s not a monetary amount that means much to a hospital but means a lot to patients and customers, especially when it should have been 100% covered by insurance. I highly recommend going anywhere else if you don’t want surprise bills because of others’ incompetence.
