She keeps me on track with how many hours of sleep I get at night makes sure my medication is helping me and if there’s any problems with my sleep apnea. I've been unaware for the past four months that they canceled my sleep study appointment due to my insurance. There was supposedly a single email sent informing me, but no effort was made to try again with the insurance or try my other insurance options. If I hadn't checked their online portal today, I would have driven an hour at 9:00 PM for a sleep study that doesn't exist anymore. They had no issue sending an email each day I had a copay due for the consultation, but they couldn't be bothered to inform me they canceled my appointment I've waited months for. I could have worked through another clinic and have my sleep problems treated in the time I've waited for this would-be study. The doctor I worked with was lovely - but management and the front office dropped the ball, hard.
