I am very happy with Dr. Usuf and her care. She is easy to talk to, listens carefully, and adjusts the treatment as needed. I feel comfortable with her and do not plan to change doctors. I recommended her to my sister and nieces.

In general, this practice seems pretty good. And Drs. Yousuff, Carswell and technologist staff were very friendly for the first appointment, EEG and psycheval. The problem seems to be that this practice is overwhelmed with patients. Results are not necessarily published to the patient portal in a timely manner and if you miss any appointment, even if they cancel due to weather, you may never be able to get a follow-up in a timely manner. My father was supposed to see Dr. Yousuff in February and there was a major snow storm where Dr. Yousuff had to cancel. The office staff told me not to reschedule due to 6 month backlog and that they would somehow fit me in. They never got back to me. Worse is that the psycheval done last year, that wasn't published until I complained last week, indicates he may have AD. So 1 year has elapsed since the report was written with no contact with the office or follow-up. How would you feel if you were diagnosed with a serious disease and the doctor's office waited a year to tell you... but only after you complained about the missing report in the patient portal? What if you didn't find out from your doctor but from some text in the report? This is the level of care Neurology Center of Rockville provided my father. I won't take him back there again.

Dr. Debbie Lin has treated my spouse for neuropathy for several years. She is an excellent diagnostician and continues to help me manage chronic pain. She is very patient and takes time to listen to you, answer your questions, and discuss recommended treatment and alternatives. She is terrific and we highly recommend her.

Dr. Nadia Yusuf is an exceptional neurologist. She has proactively managed all of my neurological issues for years. She always gives me the time I need and never rushes me. And she always thoroughly examines me at every visit. If you need a neurologist, I strongly recommend Dr. Yusuf to you.

Ashley is so kindhearted and patient. She has the best bedside manner and makes you so comfortable. You feel really comfortable interacting with her. It was a pleasure from the front desk to check in and check out. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.
