As a truck driver needing emergency medical care on the road, I couldn’t have asked for better care than this place. Was admitted for two days for a kidney stone, the staff were all were so kind and caring, absolutely amazing care from admittance to discharge, even helped find me a ride back to my truck. Huge shout out to my nurses, Rachel and Lauren, who were super friendly and also made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. All those things go a long way in making sure I was taken care of in a bad situation and being so far away from home and my family.

Stay away from this hospital. My daughter who is 12 weeks pregnant went to the ER on early Saturday morning with stomach pain and nausea. The staff collected blood and urine samples. Performed an ultrasound and gave her something for her nausea. Never called her OB or a surgeon but sent her home saying that she had no indication of anything. She even asked “are you sure I don’t have appendicitis” before leaving. Needless to say she continued to have pain and nausea and developed a low grade fever. She checked her my chart later and she saw she had elevated white blood cell count indicating that she had an infection. She went to another hospital (different hospital system). Had an urgent appendectomy on Sunday. Both she and the baby are doing well. The pure negligence shown by this hospital is unbelievable and totally unacceptable. So take my advice and steer clear of this hospital if you love your family

Hard to believe that people can complain about TriPoint Medical? My wife recently had major back surgery and was admitted post-op to the North wing 4th floor care team. Wow!!! I would like to praise a specific nurse or care provider who was exceptional, but they ALL were exceptional over her 5-day stay. The care my wife received here was outstanding like none I've ever witnessed before. Push the call button, and within moments, someone was in the room. No care provider ever left the room without asking if there was anything she needed. The facility is top notch, easy to navigate around and the rooms are all individual rooms from pre-op to post-op. Meals are ordered off of a menu, so you don't have to eat whatever the "meal of the day" is. Dr. Michael Eppig (her back surgeon) is outstanding in his knowledge, skill, and bedside manner. In every aspect, it's been an outstanding experience!

My review is specifically for the UH Outpatient Specialty Care Infusion Center but they apparently do not have their own google review spot, but these ladies need public recognition. They have always gone above and beyond for my husband at his appointments. I'd specifically like to recognize Carol, Nevah, Tammy and Miranda who all had to assist us during the infusions but there were so many more staff members who helped, assisted and checked on my husband. We could not be more grateful for the attention and care we receive!

I wish I could give 9 stars 🌟 I am feeling better now after about 4 months ago I admitted myself to the ER here. I was a over there road truck driver from Shreveport louisiana coming from Syracuse NY I admitted myself into the ER here where Doctors told me I had a Flu A virus, Pneumonia, diabetes, elevated blood, my kidneys were producing to much Acid and I almost suffocated from dry mouth & throat because of the lack of hydration. Okay everyone in ER, especially ICU I love you all and thank God for you, these people are Super Awesome and Caring and made sure that I was taken care of even though they said it wasn't looking promising for me. They stayed in contact with my family constantly and gave them step by step information and explained to me everything. I had to do emergency dialysis there also which I'm doing now and coming along good thanks to them. If anyone reading this who's in charge of this hospital you should be proud of your staff and Doctors. Thank you Thank you Thank you and God Bless everyone in ICU:) I wouldn't be alive another day if I hadn't visited this Awesome facility
