UH Geauga Concord Health Center

I love this hospital Dr. Suzan Ratay, Dr. Andrea Ward and the phlebotomist are all incredible! I have never felt so heard and understood by any other physicians. The receptionists are so sweet and I just enjoy my experience when I go! I highly recommend all of my doctors and if you need blood drawn or lab work they are all so kind and understanding! 10/10

Go there just for a work permit physical make the appointment for 10am. First the girl at the desk puts it in the computer wrong they want to do a tb test for a work permit. That doesn't need done. Now as I'm writing this it's 11:40 and still have not seen the Dr. They need a new system. This wait is ridiculous for an urgent care

If I could rate 0 stars I would!! I came in November 28th around 2:00pm to go to urgent care. I was immediately confronted by a blonde woman at the patient concierge desk. She kept rudely asking why I was there and what I was doing, and if I could move away from her. I was simply sitting with my mom, just trying to sign into urgent care online. Even after getting my vitals checked, I walked out to go to the car and she came up to me again, asking what I was doing, again. The front desk worker at Urgent Care was also very rude and demeaning (short with dark curly hair). This is so so not okay considering you never know what a patient is dealing with or going through/ what kind of mental issues they may be dealing with, etc. It is so easy to be nice, especially at your job, so so sad that this happens somewhere like a hospital.

UH Concord Urgent Care needs a new process. Need to communicate with patients how long it might take. I waited nearly 4 hours with only 6 people in front of me. I would have left and came back if they would have told me. I understand COVID has changed everything, but this process needs fixed. Otherwise, when I have been there the service was great.

I was seen in Urgent Care today and found the staff not only professional but very kind. I felt heard and cared for by Lauren, Penny , Patty, Tami and Dr. Chheda. I found the clinic to be well organized and the visit when smoothly in a timely manner. MMcCann
