I’ve been trying to set up an appointment. You have to psychically go into the hospital to speak to a human in the sleep lab, it’s ridiculous.
I'm on the verge of getting my license suspended because the MVA wants updated paperwork on the medical for my CPAP machine I have called three times and left messages and no one has even bothered to answer the phone or call me back I just keep calling and no one's ever answering I don't understand
I went to an appointment at MedStar Southern MD and asked multiple times if I was all set as I was leaving--they said they didn't need anything else from me. I didn't hear from them for 6 months, then I get a call from a debt collector saying I owe them money. I called and confirmed MedStar has my phone number on file. Instead of calling me they just sent the debt collectors after me. Blatantly parasitic. The woman who answered the phone was nice and relatively helpful at least.
1 star is being kind - Nothing but rudeness and no sense of customer service from the lady on the phone. If you don't like your job - quit. Don't get all rude and disrespectful when I call and ask about my results because YOU told me it would be a week and it's been over 3 weeks now, then you keep making excuses for it. With all of this "As I told you"...."As I told you"...."As I told you". I understand the doctor is only there so often......how about telling people it'll be 3-4 weeks before the results. This has been my first.....and it will be my ONLY visit to this location.
I have been a patient since 2022. The front desk receptionist, Joel, has been rude, disrespectful, abrupt, no compassion, lack of proper communication & guest relation skills up to date. She doesn’t return or acknowledge phone calls or answer. Calls go automatically to voice mail. At least my calls. She even had the nerve to say, “she saw my number on her phone”. Yet still didn’t answer. She always has excuses why this or that hasn’t been done. I even left messages for the Director of the Sleep Clinic that she’s transferred me to. No return calls or acknowledgment of my complaints. If the Director isn’t addressing your complaint, then we can’t expect her employee to better. The Director in her position should know this isn’t acceptable on any level and her employees are following her lead. Whereby not setting a good example as someone in her position and title. This in turn gives a bad reflection of this Department and Medical Center in every facet. No one should be subjected to this especially as their patient. We look forward to service being provided professionally with respect. We are paying for, either self-pay or via insurance. This is totally unacceptable. I’m looking into getting services else where. I will say that Dr. Rahjee is a great doctor that doesn’t treat his patients like trash. It makes me wonder if he is aware of what is going on in his office. He is loosing patients I’m sure and most likely not knowing why because he expects his front office staff and management staff to handle themselves accordingly. Now his Pulmonary office staff are very professional from the front office, to clinical staff and checkout. The Sleep Clinic should display the same professionalism. I would like to contacted by someone who reviews these reviews.
