I have waited and waited for a referral to a behavioral sleep therapist from Sleep Station and have not heard anything. I follow up, am told it’s being worked on and then nothing. If a CPAP isn’t needed, they are unwilling to help solve problems. No good rapport with the staff whatsoever. I suggest making a further drive than giving your business to Sleep Station.
I had a Doctor visit on January 4th 2023, it is now March 1st, 2023 and I still have not received my much needed supplies for my machine. There is always an excuse and the communication from the office it not very effective. Do not send them an email, they do not respond. Looking for another doctor because I need to get my supplies. Wish this was not the case, but the facts are the facts.
STAY AWAY!! they perform extra services and tell you the insurance company requires it then they wont tell you anything about your results and have multiple medical device services call and tell you that you need equipment and try to sell you theirs. weirdest experience I have ever had with a doctor. Dr Gera is a scam.
Office staff has lied to me several times. They have also blown me off when asking for assistance. Doctor doesn't have good office hours due to this location is not primary office. If doctor is out of office for any extended time there is no one to assist with daily problems or emergencies your just out of luck.
