Cassandra called me to reschedule my appointment. I couldn't check my schedule, since I was driving at the time, so I asked if she could call back in half an hour. Usually, when I ask a company representative to call back at a specific time, it doesn't happen. I was very pleasantly surprised that she did call at the requested time, and the appointment was rescheduled seamlessly.
