I just took my 9 month old to get blood work at this locations lab. I waited 30 minutes in an empty waiting room. When I finally got into the room and checked the label for my son, the office worker had input my child’s birth date wrong and I was rudely told they couldn’t fix it I’d have to send his birth certificate to have it fixed. Even though the DOB I entered at check in and on his lab order were correct, this was a mistake on their end. All while the phlebotomist is quietly apologizing to me for how rude the office manager was being. Then come time to draw the blood.. they couldn’t find a vein. At this point the baby is screaming and I’m not about to let them keep sticking him over and over again as they’re saying they're not confident they can find a vein. Im sincerely hoping im not be charged for this visit, this was such a terrible encounter. Don’t take your babies here for blood work.
Appreciate having a specialty clinic a little closer to home. Enjoy being able to see our specialists there rather than having to drive all the way in to the city. Also enjoy the ability to have procedures completed there as well. Staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgable.
Therapist Christine didn’t listen to a thing I said about my kid. I let them do what they wanted for months thinking they would hear me after seeing that they aren’t going to get anywhere this way. I started looking somewhere else and told them I need to stay at this location until she gets in at a different location because she cannot go without therapy. We spoke some more and after realizing they will not listen to anything I say about my child I told her they aren’t a great fit but my kid needs the therapy. Therapist skipped out on her last appt, didn’t reschedule, and blocked me. I called to get in with someone else and they said they would call me back. Going on weeks now with no callback and my daughter’s ankles have gotten so weak that she has sprained one twice. Do not recommend for special needs kids. Might be fine for kids that are verbal, if you don’t mind a therapist that doesn’t listen to you.
We took my daughter there in December of 2021 for their speech therapy program and we got Ms. Connor and she was AMAZING with my daughter. She put so much effort into working with her! She did it for one year twice a week and by the end of the year you didn’t even know she couldn’t say a single word before she started. My daughter was very shy and not social at all and now she’s so outgoing and completely changed her confidence! She just recently started school and she passed the school screening for speech! I couldn’t be happier with the work they do here! Would recommend to everyone thinking about doing speech therapy for their kids! Great place!!
They stick to their appt times and that is awesome. We were in and out in 30 minutes, with a cast removal. Place was well staffed and proficient in their duties. Had x-rays done and almost immediate results. Clean location and very modern looking.
