Don’t waste your time. Even after 4 plus weeks of phone calls asking for any help from Dr.Bajwa to help relieve symptoms that sent me to the ER I’ve been flat out ignored. It’s obvious patient care isn’t a priority here. I don’t know who cares less, the medical assistants or the physicians. Just all around frustrating and irritating.
I don’t write reviews but this team really cares. I am a very complex case when dealing with sleep. Mild COPD, severe Sleep apnea, Insomnia, Sleep Anxiety, ETC.. needless to say I have been miserable. We are still working out the plans long term but I can’t tell you that I don’t feel like a number. Everyone from the tech who did my sleep study, the guy who helped me with my machine, the wonderful, wonderful nurses, and the whole team behind the Doctor Bajwa. Thank you. And this is for all locations. 45, Tomball, Woodlands. Especially 45. All of you guys are wonderful.
Dr. Bajwa is the best doctor in his field. His bedside manner is so warm and empathetic, and his knowledge of medicine is vast and seemingly endless. He is always receptive to me and my husband's pleas. He has not once given either of us a hard time. We are lucky to have found such a great doctor. We both see him regularly and in our many years with him as our physician, we have only good things to say.
My husband is still waiting for the forms to be signed by Dr. Bajwa! As of this afternoon, February 24, 2015, they have been on his desk several days!! The papers were faxed to him February 12, and returned without his signature. More forms were sent and once again, waiting on his signature. We have been dealing with him and the sleep center since January 12, 2015. I hope no one ever has the experience we have. My husband has an irregular heart beat from sleep apnea. He is on two heart medications and must have Dr. Bajwa signature on the forms needed to order the cpap mask and equipment. We were referred to the Respiratory and Sleep Disorders Specialists by my husband's cardiologist. I have informed the cardiologist and anyone else that will listen about the treatment we have received!!
