Pros Short wait time Staff was polite and professional Online portal check-in helped minimize paperwork Cons Unfortunately, the appointment felt like a waste of time for my specific concern. I went in to learn more about Inspire therapy, but the doctor was not very helpful and struggled to explain it in a clear, practical way. I was told I’d receive follow-up resources, but instead was just forwarded a generic Inspire website, which didn’t add any value beyond what I could have found on my own. If you’re specifically looking into Inspire, you’ll ultimately be referred to an ENT anyway, so it may be better to start there. Overall, the practice felt very impersonal and almost robotic in its approach. It may work well for some patients, but for me it was a significant waste of time and energy.

This will sound overly dramatic, but Dr. Sekhon was one of a few doctors who helped give me my life back. I was diagnosed with a-fib and sleep apnea in June 2025, and after that I was getting essentially no sleep for six weeks. Out of desperation I did a sleep study through Dr. Sekhon’s office and then received a CPAP machine through her recommendation. For two weeks I hated it and complained constantly, bombing her office with calls. Dr. Sekhon agreed to see me again both virtually and in-person to show me how to work the machine, and remained incredibly patient with me throughout the ordeal. Today I can’t live without this machine, and it’s all thanks to Dr. Sekhon and her staff’s recommendation, patience and kindness. I will never forget what they’ve done for me.

Dr. Sekhon is amazing to work with. She makes you feel heard, and goes out of her way to understand your specific circumstances to try and logically determine the best path forward. She went out of her way to review my CPAP machine data from another practice (who didn't bother looking at the data...), and followed with her insights on what might be going on. After I switched insurances and was no longer covered to see her, she still went out of her way to help - convincing my new insurance to purchase a new BiPAP machine for me outright and have it shipped to my doorstep... while I was in Texas. Even when I was out of town doing internships for over a year, Dr. Sekhon maintained regular email communication with me to answer my questions and provide guidance for my specific circumstances. Honestly, after seeing many doctors over the last 3 years, Dr. Sekhon stands out as one of the most caring and dedicated doctors I have met. She has gone above and beyond, and I am grateful for all of the effort and care she has shown me. Rest assured, you will be in great hands.

I had an amazing experience at The Sleep Clinic Maryland with Dr. Sahira Sekhon a very few month ago.(I just forgot to write this review) From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr. Sekhon took the time to thoroughly understand my sleep issues and provided a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to my needs.

Dr. Sekhon and her staff are wonderful! I had my first appointment today and scheduled it easily and felt like I had just the right amount of time talking to the doctor and getting my questions answered. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant!
