These folks are busy, busy, busy and still take the time to make you feel like you're not just a number! Jasmine was AMAZING at working with my schedule and even more pleasant in person! Dr. Adame was also incredibly informative and AMAZING! Thanks so much!!! :)
Completed a new intake appt in Oct and was told I would receive a call in three weeks to schedule a sleep study. That call never happened. I followed up on Dec 15 and was told someone would call me. By Dec 19 I had received no call, and followed up again, and was told my inquiry would be sent to the scheduler. I thought my new appt went great and was happy with the provider, but it doesn't seem like getting the actual care will become a reality.
Great experience so far. I was unable to use a CPAP or have the implantable device, Dr. Andry was able to come up with a solution for me using a dental device. He is knowledgeable and personable. His assistant Jazmin is helpful, friendly, and on-top of things. They are a great team and I would definitely recommend them.
I visited this office in October 2025 for a consultation. The NP told me they would contact my insurance to obtain authorization for an in-office sleep study, since I had already completed a home study and we agreed the in-office option would be best. I explained that this timing was ideal because my deductible for the year had already been met, so insurance would cover 80%. However, when I called today, Sandra informed me that the authorization request had never been submitted — and now there are no appointments left for the rest of the year. Because of this office’s failure to request the authorization in a timely manner, I will now have to meet my deductible again in 2026 before I can afford the study. Very disappointed.
Be suspicious of these 5 star reviews. Notice there are hardly any reviews in the middle which would be much more realistic. The one star reviews are very consistent with our experience. I could write several pages about the non-responsiveness, incompetence, mismanagement, and disrespect for patients. (Note: Victoria is the one exception and bright light. However, she spends most of her time fixing the mistakes of others.). One "professional" wrote in the chart that my husband was informed that nothing could be done on his case until WE called Medicare ourselves. 1. She lied in the chart. He was never informed. 2. She botched the referral, resulting in the problem with Medicare in the first place. It was not our job to call Medicare but we had to. That's how we discovered her numerous mistakes. Speaking to ST&RC to straighten it out took forever of course, because you never get the same answer twice, and half the time, they don't answer the phone at all. 3. All of this resulted in a long delay for treatment, My husband has a heart issue and needed a new CPAP. This was gross negligence, and worse. The sleep studies were a nightmare for us both. Technician didn't speak or understand English well enough to do her job, so she mocked and complained about the patients. Take it to a "higher up" and they reprimand you. There are some serious, systemic problems with this company which should be investigated for the safety of the patients. Go elsewhere!
