I have had problems with them from day one. My BiPAP was ordered by my doctor on March 3rd. Because I don't have a computer to download the paperwork, I asked to have it sent to me by mail. Apparently this was a problem with them being able to comply with this simple request. Finally I received my BiPAP machine on May 11th. And it came with the wrong mask size. I have been given the run around again for a simple request for another size mask. My doctor prescribed a small mask and a medium was sent. I was referred to a technician from compliance who called me to tell me that I was passed my 30 day exchange time. I just received the machine 12 days ago! Now I have to wait 5 to 10 days for the complaint to be processed. I have no idea why these small requests have been such a problem for them. I am frustrated and now angry for such incompetence!
