I had a very positive experience with this sleep study company. The facility was clean, comfortable, and very professional from start to finish. Special thanks to Valerie (sorry if I misspelled her name) — she was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing a sleep study.

Completed a sleep study at Z Sleep. Was greeted d with professionalism and assigned a sleep supervisor. I was brought to my private room where I was given ample time to change and prepare for sleep. I was then hooked up to the cables and my sleep was monitored. I received the very detailed results approximately 3 weeks after my sleep study was completed.

This place is and has always been a joke. Today I called to see why my husband’s supplies haven’t arrived (I called in mid January to order them). A woman we will refer to as B explained that starting this year they require a new prescription once a year. Which is fine I guess but when I explained that his sleep study was done with z sleep (in 2013 or 2014) and they gave us the machine and the results and we never saw anyone else they acted like I was crazy. She was like you got a prescription somewhere and basically insulted my intelligence. B is ALWAYS rude. And in most cases wrong, like today. There was no misunderstanding, z sleep used to send them out to a neurologist (I believe it was a neurologist). But this was not someone my husband as a patient met. So perhaps that is who wrote the prescription. So I tell her I got it from you guys or whoever you use to read the sleep studies and that’s who you should be requesting it from. I now had to cold call his primary doctor and be like I know you didn’t prescribe this initially but can you please write a script for c pap supplies. It’s funny because you can go online and just buy them but since he met his not of pocket max I don’t feel like paying extra for something that would be covered. This is just one of MANY incidences dating back to our original appointment at their location on the east side. I would avoid this place and I do as often as I can. Most of the staff has been rude and like rude on a wildly unacceptable level. You never speak to them without a problem. I honestly don’t know how they stay business. The woman below who was sent to collection is a very perfect example of how uncaring this facility is and tracks with their record for us personally. They make everything far harder than it needs to be.

My husband went in for a sleep study. Everything was good and he got great care. When we recieved the bill for $1700 we called about payments and the lady he spoke with told him to wait until his insurance company sends him the EOB because it may not be the correct amount. About a month or so later we began making payments. We paid 3 months, missed 1 month then when we paid the following month we were told our account was turned over to collections. There was no call or warning at all. I understand missing a payment but without even following up with one of the patients to see what is going on at the same is really disheartening. What you didn’t know is this man’s wife has $6000+ in medical bills for cancer treatments. I will not recommend this office and my husband will go elsewhere for his supplies.

All I can say is wow! Awesome people. From Michelle who worked me in on the cancellation list, Mark who did my study, to Ms. Donovan and Ms. Bell who helped with my setup and mask! Truly a good bunch of people! Sleep apnea is a major life adjustment, and the staff here helped me from adjusting my machine to dealing with insurance. Thank you to the Z Sleep staff as you made the life transition a little bit easier with your empathy and kindness. I would recommend you any day to anyone hands down!
