Doctors are very knowledgeable and the X-ray, MRI, catscan techs are awesome. They have a good phlebotomy staff and respiratory are great also. Some of the nurses can be straight up, which make it seem like they don't care but I don't think that's the case. The pharmacy in the hospital is grade A.

Quickest ER I have been in. Nurse was helpful and explanatory. Dr Nguyen was pleasant and stitched me quickly. Staff was thorough and facility clean

I can’t say enough great things about this place overall!! I travel 50 minutes one way to go see my doctor I followed there, Dr Paul Orange, who takes care of me like no other doctor I’ve ever encountered! Unfortunately I have had quite a bout of illness and misfortune and the hospital has been there for me every, single time. In the past 3 years I’ve had 7 ER visits, prompt, courteous, spot on in every way with quick results always. I usually have had Dr. Masara @ the ER and he has always given me great care as well. I’ve been hospitalized 3 times there, again, excellent care every time. We were planning on moving out of state BUT, because of that hospital and those 2 doctors, we have decided to stay put. I’ve been to many hospitals and have never received the care that I have there. The Only downfall I see there is having to leave messages and the director never returning a call. But as for the compassion, care, accurate and prompt results, they are second to none. Amazing considering they are just a little hospital in the mountains! Unfortunately I've been to many hospitals and their care is still the best. I’ve had excellent doctors and care at Hershey, too. All the others, I wouldn’t take my beloved snake to!!! Are they perfect? No, but close enough in comparison to the others😊

I was very sick yesterday with asthma and acute bronchitis. Within 5 minutes or less, I saw Dr. Stern, the nurse, and given meds. The X-ray tech and the respiratory therapist were in my ER room within 15 minutes. Unbelievable! Never has any hospital ER taken care of me so fast. I have lived in 5 states so I can make this statement. I would like to thank the entire staff for helping me breathe again! God Bless You!

I wouldn’t bring my dog here. They treated my dad as if we were a bother when we were the only people there. I asked to speak to a doctor/nurse regarding my fathers symptoms and the nurse slammed her pen down and rolled her eyes because she had to speak with me. Not only the emergency room care is complete garbage but also his family doctor has rescheduled appointment after appointment to the point where my dad hasn’t been seen in 6 months when he had a heart attack a year ago. I work at meritus and we would never treat our patients with this type of disrespect. I am disgusted by how my father was treated tonight. He was dizzy, confused, having trouble walking and the first thing they asked him was if he was drunk after me explaining to them I had concerns of him having a heart attack.
