Overall, I have been given great service/care from my primary care provider and care team. The appointments are usually quick and efficient.
Never been in there more than an hour. If that ! Most appointments are very fast & efficient. The girls at the front desk put up with a lot from rude phone calls to rude (Veterans ) patients. In & out . Great service Everytime I've been there. And I prefer NOT to be thanked for my service ! It was our duty to serve and protect. To the man that had or has prostate Cancer. Stop feeling sorry for yourself. Move on , buck up soldier !
Very professional and caring staff, the ladies at the front desk and everyone in the back. I have been going here for years and have always been treated with respect. Thank you for always treating me like a person and not just a patient.
I had the most wonderful experience at the Yale Veterans Clinic. I was a traveling worker for 9 years, haven't seen a doctor in 16 years, and was worried I'd be treated like just another number. Laura Brosius was such a wonderful provider and so extremely knowledgeable. Her team was equally as phenomenal. She took the time to really get to know me and my issues and helped me beyond my expectations. My deepest of appreciation ma'am. You are wonderful and I hope you are blessed for it. 20 outta 10 would recommend *air high five*
The staff in the back are excellent. The receptionists are very rude. Talked with Sandra and she was very rude over the phone after I didn't share with her the personal reason to be seen for a referral. She hung up on me as soon. As appointment was set. I was never rude, I talked with respect. Looking on how to report this behavior to the detroit va. Edit: I was able to report incident to the VA. If this continues with others I suggest to do the same.
