Do yourself a favor and avoid scheduling with Dr. Organek AT ALL COSTS - extremely unprofessional, dismissive, forgetful, will touch you without informing you (and even when I asked him to he ignored me), and was inappropriate during visit in a myriad of ways. Dr. Sinha and Dr. Soueidan are lovely and professional at this office. It is hard to believe they are a part of the same clinic that still allows Dr. Organek to practice - he is honestly a liability and should have retired long ago!

Stay away from this clinic and go elsewhere the front office staff is very rude, They keep you waiting for an hour in the waiting room even if you arrive on time for your appointment. They do manage to find out what your office visit co-pay is from your insurance company but they don't seem to be able to find out the amount the insurance covers for tests or procedures. Also they do not give you the CPT Code for the procedure so you can check with the insurance company on how much they cover, even if you ask them if there are any other charges. I have left Consultants in Sleep and Pulmonary Medicine as a patient and I have since found another seep clinic where the front office staff are not rude, they are professional, they don't keep you waiting for an hour in the waiting room, and you can leave a message for your doctor to call you back. Consultants in Sleep and Pulmonary Medicine would not let me leave a message for my doctor to call me back.

If you have to call CSPM, plan on holding for a minimum of 10 minutes before ever speaking with a person. Every. Single. Time. If you leave a message, plan on no one calling you back and you will have to call again and again and again. When you do have an extra 10-20 minutes to sit on hold and you actually speak to someone, plan on them needing to talk to someone else, they will say they will call you back, but they won't. Never ever let them transfer you to a voice mail, no one is calling you back. This rating is the culmination of 3.5 weeks of frustration from zero return calls or help. My situation was resolved due to my own diligence and the stars aligning in my favor. **This rating reflects the customer service of whomever should be handling patient care questions, prescription refills, and return calls. It is not a reflection of the care I received in office. Update: over a month later....still unable to get anyone to return calls or answer phone. Still have not received medication refills. Still call and sit on hold for over 10 minutes with no answer. Still leave messages in prescription line and do not get a return call. I have been trying to get my medication filled since MAY and am at a loss.

When you do talke to someone, plan on them needing to talk to someone else, they will say they will call you back, but they won't. The only way to get anything done, is to make an appointment (but plan on it being 90 days out) to get anything done. The only thing I haven't attempted is going in person and asking to speak with someone.

I was Dr. Farra's patient for six years. Visits were reasonably pleasant and wait times were tolerable. Dr. Farra and his assistant were competent and friendly, the lady receptionist very easy to work with. The office staff there now are none of those things. A fairly simple prescription renewal was either botched, ignored or forgotten. The two young women in the Novi office were less then helpful and made no effort to help. This will cost me hundreds of dollars this year. Don't think I'll be coming back.
