⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I've been a patient of Dr. Bradley Rowens for over 10 years, and I can honestly say he is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive doctors I’ve ever worked with. His care has made a real difference in my quality of life, and I always leave his office feeling heard and well taken care of. Dr. Rowens takes the time to explain things clearly and never rushes through appointments. He also has a great sense of humor and a big heart. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his patients, not just medically but personally as well. If you're looking for a sleep specialist who truly listens, offers expert care, and has a human touch, Dr. Rowens is the one. Highly recommend!

The receptionist at the front desk was very helpful with directions as I came in at the opposite side of the hospital. The office staff was very caring and professional. Consultation was informative and appropriate to my reason for making an appointment. Options and concerns were talked about and plans were put into action. This was a positive experience as a patient.

I'm ashamed to say, I've been delinquent in using my Cpap. Afraid to keep the appointment, but I was reassured by PA Sarah, it was ok. Just continue the regimen and that isn't a problem. I felt a whole lot better going there after that. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Horrible experience! From the first contact to the final contact with this outfit. Completely unprofessional - especially the people who handle the equipment! Speaking of which - they use large, clunky, OLD equipment for the in-home tests. A faulty wire caused my first test to fail. Expect POOR communication from them (the worst!), including unclear diagnoses. I got two different stories re. the second set of results from two different people! They play the insurance game of doing in-home tests first (and not doing them in good faith), before quickly pushing you to the expensive in-clinic option. That’s what they’re all about! Singe worst medical experience I’ve had in decades. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Friendly staff, well organized and clean facility. Dr Rowens took his time to answer all my questions and explain his replies in detail. He has a wonderful personality that made me feel super comfortable. I'm not a fan of most doctors, especially doctors that treat you like a number and try to get you out of the office as quickly as possible. You will not get that feeling here and you will be treated as you should. I look forward to seeing him and his knowledgeable staff soon!!
